Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Nebraska mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.39% to 4.38% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (FL) to the highest rate of 4.53% (VI). Currently, Nebraska mortgage rates are 5 basis points higher than the national average of 4.33%.
